IPS Switzerland

The purpose of the DoingIPS Switzerland initiative is to complement the work of the IPS Working Group at the annual Swiss Political Science Association (SPSA) conference by strengthening connections between the vibrant and growing community of IPS scholars based in Switzerland and those engaged across Europe and globally within the dynamic DoingIPS ecosystem. In this spirit, we aim to foster an open and inclusive space for critical, cross-disciplinary exchange and collaboration among junior and senior scholars committed to advancing the field of International Political Sociology. Looking ahead, we plan to host an annual transnational symposium to connect DoingIPS Switzerland with other hubs abroad, as well as biannual PhD workshops rotating across Swiss institutions.
