Doing International Political Sociology: A workshop for doctoral students

6–7 May 2026 | Temple des Éplatures, Neuchâtel

We are pleased to invite PhD candidates across Swiss universities to join the first IPS doctoral workshop in Switzerland.

The event is hosted by the Doctoral Programme in Political Science of the Conférence universitaire de Suisse occidentale (CUSO) and will offer a space for vibrant discussion, exchange, and reflection on critical research in international relations and related fields. It aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue, share methodological insights, and strengthen academic connections across institutions.

The workshop is available at no cost for PhDs registered in universities in the Suisse Romande, who can register directly in the link below. If you are a PhD student registered at a Swiss university not affiliated with CUSO, please write us an email at doingips.switzerland@gmail.com for registration and further information.

You can find the full programme, participation details, and registration information here: https://politique.cuso.ch/?id=872&tx_displaycontrollershowUid]=8715
