Call for papers: Swiss Annual Political Science Congress

swiss.jpg

The Swiss Political Science Association has opened its general Call for Papers for the 2022 Annual Congress at https://www.svpw-assp.ch/spsa-annual-congress/. The conference (on the theme of “Politics of Crisis”) is scheduled for 3-4 February 2022 and hosted by the University of Lausanne. The current planning is for the conference to be held in person. Abstracts can be submitted online until 25 September 2021.

Like in previous years, we look forward to receiving your submissions for the International Political Sociology group and to discussing emerging work in this exciting field within our group.

As usual, we do not have a special call for our group. Instead, we welcome contributions that fit under the broader roof of “International Political Sociology”, including but not limited to the conference theme (see also the self-description of the IPS group on the SPSA website). Following the practice of previous meetings, we also hope to be able to invite two international colleagues who will share their ideas with us – this time on the topic of visual IR/IPS.

Feel free to share the call with colleagues who might be interested.

With best regards from the SPSA IPS section,

Klaus Dingwerth, Matthias Leese, and Lucile Maertens
